The Authentic Nepalese curry tent

Our chefs are ex Gurkhas, working in the event security arena and needed a home cooked Nepalese curry at the end of the day. What could be better and more nourishing? We decided to cook for ourselves and set up a fully functional military kitchen where different recipes can be sampled. We use locally sourced produce coupled with the finest ingredients and spices. The Authentic Nepalese Curry Tent can be seen at prestigious events. We are partnered with the Gurkha Welfare Trust who carry out the most amazing work in the UK and Nepal.

Pan.De.Mania Wood Fired Pizza

We specialise in traditional thin crust pizza, hand made and baked to order in our Italian wood fired oven. dough and sauce are made from organic ingredients, we love to use lots of different cheeses, quality deli ingredients… olives, sun blush tomatoes, artichoke hearts… and we make our own wild garlic pesto, chilli oil, tapenade and chutneys. We always have a vegan option available and also have gluten free bases.

We serve multi-award winning scooped ice cream made on an organic farm just outside Bath. Recently voted 'Best Ice Cream in the South West' at the Great Taste Awards. All served from our totally unique 1967 convertible Volkswagen Beetle and it's Beetle based ice cream dispensing trailer - a world first in ice cream and vintage VW's and seriously ice cool!

We are pleased to welcome back Persian Fire for a second year with their fabulous eastern inspired tent decorated with Morrocan throws and cushions to experience an authentic & relaxing time out, they will be serving a wide range of al-fakher shisha flavours from traditional Egyptian & Turkish shisha pipes.

Dying 4 Life @ Hideaway

Back again this year is the Dying 4 Life Retro and Vintage stall. All proceeds go to the Sue RyderHospice at Nettlebed. They'll be selling an ecclectic range of the wild and wonderful from yester-year, with a twist on the modern! "Last year, Hideaway was a brilliant place to launch Sue Ryder’s vintage range," said Karen Hilton, founder of Dying for Life, "and we look forward to another fabulous festival and to meeting and greeting old friends and new."

The Acorn Theatre Group

Since 1992 the Acorn Music Theatre Company has enchanted audiences, young and old alike, with its creative and innovative music and street theatre productions performed in many weird and wonderful places. These include Zippo’s Circus at the Edinburgh Festival, the Grahamstown Festival in South Africa, the Henley Festival of Music and Art, on the riverbank at Greenlands for Her Majesty the Queen, Royal Holloway College for the opening of the Olympics, theAshmolean Museum for the High Sherriff of Buckinghamshire and in many barns, fields and gardens of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and beyond! This year the Company will be teaming up with mask kit makers Partly Animal to bring their own special brand of street theatre to Hideaway Festival - don’t get lost in the jungle! Festival Fantasy have been trading at music festivals around the UK for over ten years and offer a range of services and products that appeal to all age groups. Sharon is highly skilled in all aspects of crazy hair braiding, wraps and feathers which appeal to all age groups. Festival Fantasy product range includes hand made flower hair garlands and clip in hair flowers, a fantastic range of leather wristbands. We have an extensive range of handmade friendship bracelets, a comprehensive selection of sunglasses including many design styles of Wayfarers and the classic Aviator. We have a brilliant range of festival hats including trilby's, cowboy hats, flat caps and animal hats. Should it rain we have umbrellas and rain ponchos and if the sun decides to shine various sun protection creams. Our other products include rings, anklets, boho slouch bags.

The Red Healing Tent

Hideaway is happy to bring the Red Healing Tent to you this year, offering seated chair massage and back or full body deep tissue work. Come and enjoy a treatment from 20 mins to an hour and feel energised or relaxed by the healing hands of your Red Tent Angels.
